As a Claims Executive, you’ll join a supportive and forward-thinking team where we equip you with the tools, training, and resources needed to thrive. We are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients, and in this role, you’ll play a key part in managing claims while contributing to our mission of excellence.
- Engage: Engage with clients, brokers, insurers, and other stakeholders to manage claims effectively and efficiently.
- Managing: Take ownership of claims, including investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling, while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Developing: Deepen your understanding of insurance policies, coverage types, and claims procedures, with opportunities to specialize and grow your expertise.
- Organizing: Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports and presentations on claims performance. Support team initiatives and projects, bringing your insights and ideas to the table.
- Growing: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent). Experience in claims handling or insurance is advantageous but not required—we’ll provide training and support to help you succeed!
