We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing operational contracts across the business, ensuring consistency, compliance, and effective risk mitigation while reducing reliance on external legal support.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in legal contract review and management, ideally within financial services
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracts, due diligence, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including legal advisers and senior leadership teams
  • Skills:
    • Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
    • Strong ability to summarise complex legal information concisely
    • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
    • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Qualifications:
    • Law degree or equivalent legal qualification
    • Additional certifications in corporate law, contract management, or compliance are advantageous
