This is a full-time on-site role for a Cathode Technology Scientist at Integrals Power. As a Cathode Technology Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting day-to-day tasks related to battery cathode material development. This includes analysing data, troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, and contributing to research and development (R&D) projects.
- Define and lead technology projects.
- Develop a network of equipment vendors and material suppliers that we can leverage for development and to support future capital investment.
- Experience in research and development (R&D) projects.
- Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in a material science or engineering discipline.
- Industrial experience in synthesis and development of cathode materials including LFP, LFMP and pCAM.
- Industrial experience in relevant areas such as process scale-up, process engineering and technology management.
