Aureos is looking for a proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Normanton. This role is essential to ensuring the seamless coordination of all site-based activities managed from our Normanton office. It offers a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

  • Setting up site safety folders
  • Overseeing out-of-town accommodation arrangements
  • Telephone enquiries
  • Updating and maintaining timesheet tracker and providing relevant data for reports
  • Compiling and producing hardcopy site files for Project Managers - Health & Safety, Quality, Contract, CDM
  • Booking accommodation
  • Ordering office and site stationery
  • Assisting Project Managers to ensure projects are run in compliance with the organisation's requirements
  • Updating and maintaining our Fleet records including off hiring vehicles and ensuring insurance is up to date
  • Archiving company information

Requirements include a sound understanding of basic computer skills and IT systems, high quality work, and the ability to protect private and confidential information.
