The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 ÂŁ per year.
We have a new permanent opportunity for a full-time Corporate Lawyer to join the Business Team (Commercial, Corporate & Employment) in one of our Thames Valley offices (Newbury, Maidenhead or Swindon). The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ PQE with previous corporate law experience.
Working as part of a team, you will be working with business owners, corporates and entrepreneurs on all aspects of company and corporate law. Your caseload will cover a variety of sectors, including IT, tech and life sciences and will include:
- Buying and selling companies and businesses
- Management buyouts and founder exits
- Shareholders’ agreements
- Joint ventures
- Investments from early stage to private equity
- Group reorganisations
- Corporate governance
- Partnership agreements
A key element of the role will also be attending and promoting the team and firm at business development opportunities and being dynamic in seeking new business relationships and leads.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ PQE in corporate law ideally with a corporate law firm
- Experience of working on complex mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions
- Strong client-facing and business development skills
