Daily responsibilities:
- Monthly Support sessions
- Monthly team meetings
- Staff training
- Staff rota
- Staff annual leave
- Monthly audits (medical, financial)
- Coaching and role modelling
- Overseeing development of staff
- Ensuring environments meet our high standard
- Ensuring the people we support have active and meaningful lives
- Compliance
- Developing and maintaining relationships with families and professionals
- Working as part of the York District team
- Reporting Safeguardings and incidents
- Able to travel to attend training when required, this may include overnight stays.
Essential requirements:
- Experience working within health social care sector.
- Being able to demonstrate leadership experience.
- Full clean UK driving lesson.
Desirable requirements:
- Experience in managing a team
- Mentoring and leading teams.
- Working on Rotas
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
- Level 5 Diploma Leadership and Management
