Solicitor/Legal Executive/Litigation Executive (at least 2 years’ experience) – Travel Litigation Department Manchester Our firm is award-winning and highly acclaimed, recognised as one of the UK’s Best 250 law firms by The Times for five consecutive years. We are looking for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years’ PQE or similar to join our Travel Litigation Department in our Manchester office. Running a caseload of pre-litigation and litigated accidents abroad cases Obtaining medical evidence when required and reviewing and providing advice on it Managing all aspects of cases including time recording, billing and debtor management in order to achieve personal fee and chargeable time targets We are eager to hear from a diverse range of candidates and encourage you to showcase your best qualities. Experience in a similar role and should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the Personal Injury and Travel Litigation markets. A sound understanding of the relevant law. A strong commercial awareness. Excellent communication skills, demonstrated by an ability to communicate accurately, clearly, and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
