Iconic Resourcing HR have an exciting opportunity to join one of our clients, a leading global firm, as a Reward Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in delivering remuneration projects and supporting the annual reward cycle.
- Supporting the global annual remuneration review, including data gathering, financial modelling, and budgeting
- Assisting in the setup, maintenance, and testing of reward tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Conducting market data analysis and contributing to salary benchmarking
- Assisting in the completion of global remuneration surveys and pay gap reporting
- Supporting key reward projects and driving continuous improvement
Previous experience in a reward analyst role or an analytical role, ideally within a complex global business
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver accurate, high-quality work
- Experience with salary benchmarking and market data analysis is a plus
Contribute to key projects, including pay gap analysis and salary benchmarking
