TRM is partnering with a UK-based, US-focused Life Sciences search firm actively seeking high-performing recruitment consultants to join its team. After an exceptional start since its launch, the business has recently won two large retainers and needs consultants to join its team.

- Start-up US-based life sciences recruitment company focused on the top end of the clinical development market.
- The company was founded 9 months ago; the founder has billed $900k in those first 9 months.
- The average fee is $100k, a combination of retained and exclusive contingent.
- The company aims to reach 40 headcounts long-term through measured, profitable growth.

What will you be doing?
- You will work directly alongside the founder, supporting the delivery of retainers and exclusive customers.
- Focused mainly on the East Coast market, working with early-stage biotechs through to companies at the commercial stage.
- Running the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Travelling to the US to meet prospective and current clients.
- Helping build the foundations of a growing business.
Target Profile:
- 2 years of recruitment experience in any private sector market, with a preference for either life sciences or US recruitment experience.
- Can demonstrate working on retainers/working on high-fee perm deals.
- Willing to work the US market/hours (10 am - 8 pm - Monday - Thursday) - UK hours 9-5 on a Friday.
- This position is only accepting candidates from an agency background.
