We are seeking a Business Analyst to work within the M&A Integration team following the acquisition of new businesses into the group. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of business process and change impact analysis, the ability to define business requirements, as well as good technical skills that include data collection, analysis and requirements definition for the creation of data sets for data migrations or archiving. A strong team player who is prepared to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.

What You'll Do:

  • Understand and document overlapping products, services, processes, and capabilities, to aid target state definition with the business stakeholders.
  • Document ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes.
  • Conduct gap analysis and change impact assessments from current to target state for people, clients, systems and process.
  • Work with business and technology to support “to be” state defining functional business requirements.
  • Work with business and technology teams in the creation of User Acceptance Test plans and lead UAT efforts.
  • Support Business and data analysis activities in Customer Migration, data archiving or Value Creation Projects as part of the M&A integration process.

Your Expertise:

  • Experience with business process design and documentation; ‘as is’ and ‘to be’, gap analysis.
  • Proven experience of modelling tools; Process models, use cases/stories, entity relationship diagrams etc.
  • Significant experience with process and information gathering approaches; interviews, workshop facilitation, shadowing etc.
  • Strong experience of data analysis and proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
  • Experience of M&A Integration or System Migration projects.
  • Proficient user of PowerPoint and Visio.
