Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Location: Hybrid – South Birmingham (3 days in the office per week)

Our client is a dynamic, fast-growing company in the live events sector, delivering impactful, large-scale events for top-tier clients. Known for their creativity, operational excellence, and top-tier service, they are looking for an experienced Event Project Manager to join their Midlands-based team.

Are you ready to take the reins of exciting events and manage everything from concept to execution? Our client is looking for an experienced Event Project Manager to oversee a variety of projects and key client accounts. If you're passionate about delivering seamless, creative, and large-scale events and have a proven track record in event production, this role could be your next big opportunity.

  • Project Management: Own and deliver client projects from start to finish, working independently or alongside senior team members.
  • Financial Management: Maintain full control of project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed margins. Manage invoicing and payments to keep projects financially sound.
  • Supplier Management: Foster strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring the best possible service and pricing for each project.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure all projects are fully compliant with health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and method statements.
  • Support the account team with proposals and pitches, contributing to new business wins.
  • Team Collaboration & Company Culture: Extensive event production experience, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Solid understanding of project management processes, including financial control and supplier management.
  • Comfortable with large-scale events, tight deadlines, and juggling multiple projects.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • UK travel required – flexibility is key, with potential for international travel.
  • Full UK driving license and own car required.
