Based in beautiful, converted barns in Black Notley, Braintree and offering a flexible / hybrid working model.
Responsibilities:
- Attending client briefings / meetings, understanding their requirements, challenges, and expectations - adding value wherever possible.
- Sourcing candidates, building relationships within your social networks and headhunting when required.
- Advertising all roles on job boards and the company website.
- Running your own individual marketing campaign to attract top talent and referrals.
- Making best use of all technologies available and embracing marketing strategies to maximise results.
- Developing new and existing business, building long-lasting relationships with key client contacts.
- Contributing towards all company-wide events by securing attendees and representing the Rutherford Briant brand.

- Will be educated to a degree standard or be able to demonstrate a level of commitment and resilience.
- Will have a commercial awareness and be driven by results.
