We are now looking for a motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to focus on corporate sales and drive revenue growth across our portfolio. This is a key role for a professional with a strong background in corporate sales, capable of building long-term relationships and securing new business opportunities. This is a fully office-based role.
- Corporate Sales Development: Focus on increasing transient corporate bookings and group/conference business to maximise revenue across Criterion Hospitality’s properties.
- Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate stakeholders, including travel managers, procurement teams, and event organisers.
- Conference and Event Sales: Work closely with the events team to deliver seamless planning and execution for meetings, conferences, and group bookings.
- RFP and Contract Management: Increase the visibility and appeal of Criterion’s properties within the corporate travel and events market. Position the group as the preferred choice for business clients by offering tailored solutions and building strong partnerships.
- Sales Planning and Reporting: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve corporate revenue goals. Provide regular reporting on performance, client engagement, and business outcomes to senior management. Work closely with marketing, operations, and events teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
At least 5 years’ experience in corporate sales within the hospitality industry, with a focus on group and conference bookings and client relationship management. Proven success in developing corporate accounts and achieving consistent revenue growth. Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills, with the ability to close deals and build lasting relationships. In-depth knowledge of the corporate travel and events market, including trends and client requirements.
