The successful candidate will drive performance across the CAD, Estimating and Planning divisions, in order to achieve production targets. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineering manager with a background in manufacturing to progress within their career.
The Role:
- Continuous improvements and driving performance
- Working closely with production to improve the end-to-end customer experience and quality of product

- Must have a background in engineering management and manufacturing
- Must understand the full product lifecycle from customer enquiry to delivery
- Must live a commutable distance from Exeter
