Through growth and positive change within the business, a newly created engineering manager role has arisen. The successful candidate will drive performance across the CAD, Estimating and Planning divisions, in order to achieve production targets. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineering manager with a background in manufacturing to progress within their career.
The Role:
- Continuous improvements and driving performance
- Working closely with production to improve the end-to-end customer experience and quality of product
The Candidate:
- Must have a background in engineering management and manufacturing
- Must understand the full product lifecycle from customer enquiry to delivery
- Must live a commutable distance from Exeter
