If you're looking for a position that will see you working closely with a Partner, gaining exposure to a good range of work at a supportive and very friendly firm this is a role that should interest you.

The firm is one of the established East Sussex High Street names, welcoming a new commercial property solicitor to the team. This is where you step in and provide key support on a range of commercial conveyancing matters including sales and purchases of commercial premises, leases, renewals and related work and general landlord and tenant work too.

The position would suit you if you have prior experience in commercial property and are looking to take a step forward and build upon your existing expertise. If you have a background in residential property that could also potentially lend itself to the role also.

The practice offers a really down to earth and personable approach to their clients and the way the firm is run too. They have a good track record of both staff retention and staff development and welcome individuals keen to develop their careers, with a mix of both qualified solicitors and FCILEx lawyers on the senior rank of the practice.
