The Role:

As a Fire Alarm Engineer, you’ll be out in the field making sure fire alarms are maintained, serviced, and working flawlessly across a range of commercial properties. This is a key role, ensuring our clients' safety and compliance while providing a top-tier service experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Service & maintain fire alarms to company standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service—your people skills will shine as you build great relationships with clients.
  • Work closely with your team to maximise efficiency and ensure top-quality service delivery.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally—whether you’re fixing alarms or chatting with clients, you’ll be the voice of trust.
  • Travel between client sites (you’ll need a full UK driving license).

Who You Are:

  • You’ve got experience servicing and maintaining fire alarms.
  • You love working with people and can build rapport with ease.
  • You’re a great communicator—both verbally and in writing.
  • You have a full UK driving license (it’s essential!).
