Senior Design Engineer

Aureos Technical Solutions specialise in delivering innovative civil engineering solutions. As we expand our team, we are looking for talented and motivated Civil Design Engineers to join us on exciting infrastructure projects that shape our urban environment and connectivity.

This role can be based from our Runcorn, Sheffield or York office with flexible working.

The Role:

You will support a diverse range of infrastructure projects across sectors including Energy, Highways, and Rail. Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, you will develop practical, cost-effective designs that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review detailed civil designs and technical drawings
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure designs align with project objectives
• Apply engineering expertise to resolve complex design challenges
• Contribute to sustainable and innovative design solutions
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment

Person Specification:

• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and design methodologies
• Proven ability to produce high-quality technical designs and drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Desirable: experience with Temporary Works, Geotechnical, or Drainage design
