- Drive membership acquisition: new enquiries, show-arounds, general enquiries, application process.
- Work fluently, using initiative on best practices and sales workflows including the PeopleVine CRM.
- Make proactive sales calls to qualified leads to introduce the community and establish the needs of the prospective member.
- Maintain clear and consistent messaging in line with the club’s core values, brand narrative and sales goals.
- Use the existing CRM and reporting structure to provide detailed monthly updates on all sales activity in line with sales workflows.
- Attend external networking events to increase awareness of the club and target potential new members.
- Ensure that the processes to safeguard and protect the security and integrity of the customer database are followed under GDPR guidelines.
- Support the member transition to auto-renewals.
- Ensure the phones are covered at all times and make the Reception team aware if everyone is out of office.
- Deal with complaints calmly and tactfully and suggest a reasonable course of action to resolve any complaints.
