The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

You will be working in the Nottingham location in the residential service that is passionate about making changes and enhancing young peoples lives. This role will involve caring for these often-vulnerable individuals, assisting them with day-to-day tasks, and supporting them as and when required, providing a safe and nurturing environment for individuals. You will support children and young people in developing their living skills and access education / therapy, promote positive behaviour and helping individuals to manage their emotions and behaviours effectively, and help build positive relationships with the individuals themselves, their families and other professionals working in care. Requirements for the role: Child-centred approach to care Previous experience within children social care or transferable skill role is desirable. Full UK driving licence (preferred) NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care/Children and young people Basic understanding of children’s human rights and safeguarding is essential.
