About the Role:
We’re looking for a confident and upbeat leader to head up our clients buzzing Meetings & Events team. You’ll be driving the commercial success of their event spaces—managing everything from high-energy team meetings to unforgettable celebrations—while keeping the vibe positive, proactive, and people-focused. If you love fast-paced environments, thrive on collaboration, and know how to turn enquiries into sold-out spaces, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading, inspiring, and having fun with a dynamic team of event pros.
- Owning the M&E sales strategy—maximising revenue through smart diary management and strong conversion tactics.
- Building great relationships with clients and making sure every enquiry gets a warm, speedy response.
- Running show rounds like a pro—confident, knowledgeable, and always enthusiastic.
- Keeping a sharp eye on revenue trends, competitor activity, and performance to make sure we stay ahead of the game.
- Working closely with Sales, Revenue, F&B, and Ops to make the most of every opportunity.
- Ensuring the team are always clued up, confident, and working towards clear goals.
- Jumping into client events, internal meetings, and creative planning sessions with energy and ideas.
- Overseeing all online listings and M&E promotions—keeping them fresh, accurate, and appealing.
- Supporting team development with clear training plans and regular feedback.

- Join revenue and planning meetings to keep everything aligned and action-focused.
- Spot and support new revenue opportunities (we love fresh ideas!).
- Stay up to speed on all things health & safety, procedures, and hotel standards.
