Love watching TV and film? Looking for an exciting ENTRY LEVEL role at a dynamic London prop placement agency? EMG are looking to recruit a bright, hard-working and enthusiastic individual to undertake the role of Production/Account Executive in our busy and growing team.

Interested candidates must love film & TV. Be an excellent communicator with great organisation skills and able to multitask effectively. Full training can be given, but candidates must be proficient in Excel and have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills and work well under pressure and as part of a small team.

We are interested in a bright, entertainment loving, hard-working and enthusiastic individual to undertake this hybrid role. As part of a fast-paced and family feel environment, you will be part of a busy team who directly impact what brands get featured in some of the Nation’s favourite films and shows.

Entertainment Marketing Group Ltd is an independent London-based product placement agency, specialising in placing products within the content of television programmes and films. Working between a wide range of brands and production companies every day, with a prestigious retained client base across Technology, Automotive, FMCG, Alcohol, Retail and other sectors.

Key role responsibilities include:

  • Updating & distributing weekly/monthly client status reports
  • Viewing, Tracking and evaluation of original TV show content & films
  • Script breakdowns
  • Production orders & stock management
  • Preparation of clearance documents and production loan agreements
  • Generating opportunity slates and industry newsletters
  • Production of client edits and showreels (training can be given)
  • Industry research on UK, European & global productions
  • Attendance at screenings to track client results
  • Social Media support
  • Other general office administration support
