Adecco Manchester are pleased to be partnered with one of the UK's leading Assistive Technology providers to recruit for an Ergonomic Assessor and Installation Engineer based in Bristol.
Location: Bristol
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Overtime: Two fixed overtime days of your choosing (Monday-Thursday until 7:00 PM to accommodate evening bookings)
Work place: Field based around Bristol and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £29,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and work space evaluations
- Identify ergonomic risks and recommend tailored solutions
- Deliver, assemble, and install ergonomic furniture such as chairs, desks, and laptop stands
- Solve problems related to customised workstation setups
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice
- Optimise work spaces by reorganising layouts when necessary
- Maintain tools and ensure ergonomic assessment demonstration equipment is ready for use
- Keep accurate records of assessments, inventory, and client interactions
- Collaborate with other assessors when required for larger projects
Candidate Requirements:
- Prior experience in ergonomics is highly desirable but not essential
- Strong customer-centric approach with excellent listening skills
- Ability to understand client concerns and tailor ergonomic solutions accordingly
- Technical proficiency in setting up and adjusting furniture
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Manual labour capability, including heavy lifting where required
- Excellent communication and professional demeanour
- Valid driving license (maximum of 3 penalty points)
- Happy to adhere to an Enhanced DBS check upon receipt of offer
