Join Christie & Co as a Market Insights & Data Administrator in our evolving Capital Markets team.
Location: London or Manchester but with scope to work on a hybrid basis out of one of Christie & Co’s regional offices and flexibility to work from home for up to two days per week.
Christie & Co is the foremost specialist advisor in operational real estate covering a number of sectors, including healthcare, childcare/education, medical, hotels, leisure, pubs, restaurants and specialist retail (petrol filling stations and garden centres). We work on a pan European basis with offices in the UK, France, Spain, Germany and Austria and are the largest part of Christie Group plc, an AIM listed business.
Our client base ranges from the largest operators and investors active in our sectors through to regional operators and single asset business owners. We advise and transact assets ranging from the largest portfolios to single assets along with a notable amount of development activity involving new to market stock.
The key objective of this role is to maintain and expand our database of investors whilst assisting with wider research into investor requirements and our CRM/business development strategy.
This is a great opportunity for an articulate and entrepreneurial individual who is computer literate with good analytical and research skills. Being flexible, self-motivated and a strong team player are all important attributes along with a good attention to detail and an enquiring mind.
- Cleaning, categorising and maintaining investor records in our Salesforce CRM platform
- Data analysis to identify common investors who are active across multiple Christie & Co sectors
- Assisting with projects, particularly in terms of data room administration
The successful candidate may not be an expert in Christie & Co’s specialist sectors but will have strong transferable skills, a positive/proactive attitude and a willingness to learn about our specialist markets where full training will be given. This is a role offering excellent career progression potential along with the opportunity to be part of one of Christie & Co’s most exciting growth areas.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of operational metrics relative to Christie & Co’s sectors (but not essential as full training will be given)
- Good numerical skills and excellent written English
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Nimbus and MSCI (desirable but not essential as training will be given)
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Dedicated and hard working with a creative and driven approach which focuses on achieving the desired end goal
