Residential Support Worker for Children with Challenging Behaviour

Location: UK (Llandudno)

Pay Rates: £12.00 - £19.00

We are looking for caring and committed individuals to become part of our team as support workers for children and young adults with challenging behaviours.

Requirements:

  • You should have a minimum of 6 months of paid experience working in the children's sector in the UK, preferably in a residential care setting.
  • A satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required to ensure suitability for working with children and has to be on the update service.
  • Need flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will need to demonstrate empathy, patience, resilience, and excellent communication skills to succeed in this role.
