Fantastic opportunity for an established Finance Professional to join an exciting and dynamic SME on a part time basis. After 3 years of sustained growth the business is looking for somebody that can oversee finance and provide strategic guidance. Working closely with the senior management team you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance and key decision making.
The Role:
- Financial Reporting monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Provision of budgets and forecasts.
- Establish and maintain strong financial systems and controls to ensure proper reporting of results on a timely basis.
- Review existing financial systems and make recommendations on potential streamlining and efficiencies.
- Report to directors with timely and accurate financial information as required.
- Deliver clear, actionable financial reports to stakeholders and board members.
- Communicate complex financial data to enable informed, growth-oriented decisions across teams.
- Cash Flow Management.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
The Candidate:
- CIMA, ACA, ACCA Qualified OR Qualified by Experience.
- Proven record and experience in a Finance Manager or Financial Controller role.
- Excellent Stakeholder management capabilities.
