With an established client base of over 600 organisations—including major financial firms, multinational corporations, and government bodies—they are a key player in political monitoring and advisory services across the UK and EU.
With recent significant investment in technology and expansion through acquisitions, now is an exciting time to join their commercial team and be part of their next growth phase.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a vital role in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. You’ll work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs), Senior Analysts, and the marketing team to identify and engage high-value prospects.
This is not just another sales job—this is an opportunity to develop deep industry insights and build relationships with key stakeholders in business and government. This role comes with huge fast-tracked career progression opportunities and the opportunity to be promoted into a full 360 closing role within 6 months.
- Lead Generation & Outreach – Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach, as well as qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and events.
- Meeting Booking – Secure high-quality meetings for the BDMs with prospects that fit the ideal customer profile.
- Sales Collaboration – Work alongside BDMs and analysts to conduct discovery calls, understand client needs, and effectively communicate value propositions.
- CRM & Process Management – Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and client interactions.
- Continuous Learning & Development – Enhance your knowledge of our services and client sectors to build credibility and confidence.
You don’t need a political background, but you do need the willingness to engage with the industry and the determination to succeed in sales.
Sales Experience (Advantageous but Not Essential) – Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not a deal-breaker.
Competitive Salary & Commission Structure – £25k - £35k base + £10k - £15k OTE
Hybrid Working – Flexibility to work in the London office 2-3 days a week
