We are on the hunt for an experienced Construction Estimator who has positive people skills combined with practical tendering expertise. This isn’t your typical estimating role - you’ll be part of our driven and successful team, delivering high-end specialist finishes across central London and helping to double our annual revenue as part of our growth plan.
You love to be challenged and complete high-end projects. You’re at home with pricing works, spreadsheets and cost control. You understand commercial contracting and have strong customer service and relationship building skills. You are proficient at communicating by phone, email and in person.
Whether you started working on site or took the academic route first - if you have that fire in your belly and that rare blend of personal and technical skills, we want to talk. (Note: pure corporate backgrounds with no site-based experience are not a good fit.)
As part of our agile team, you’ll work directly with our company Directors and the project team to bring tenders to full completion.
