Our team based in Ashby de la Zouch is looking for a Payroll Administrator where you will be responsible for setting up and managing time and attendance, providing reports to stakeholders and payroll administration. If you have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and a passion for delivering high-quality payroll services, we’d love to hear from you! Reporting into the Payroll Account Manager, you will: Manage the payroll system (ResourceLink), ensuring accurate data entry and updates. Support and train line managers on payroll systems to reduce errors. Handle payroll elements such as pensions, car allowances, and healthcare. Act as the first point of contact for Line Managers to assist with data maintenance on the system (Promark). Prepare monthly finance reports and ad hoc HR reports. Assist with salary increase calculations and implementation. Support the Payroll Manager with TUPE and acquisitions setup. Ensure compliance and provide documentation for internal and external audits. Have a good understanding of policies that affect payroll. This role will see you working Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00.
