We're working with a well-established, forward-thinking company based just outside of Norwich, to find a talented Management Accountant who's ready to take ownership of a key finance role. What's the Role About?
This is more than just month-end reporting. Our client is looking for someone who can bring financial data to life, guiding business decisions, shaping processes, and contributing to a culture that values continuous improvement. You'll work across departments, influence leadership, and be part of a team that offers meaningful financial insight.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Producing monthly management accounts (P&L and Balance Sheet)
- Delivering KPI and margin analysis with insightful commentary
- Partnering with operational teams to support commercial decisions
- Managing journals, accruals, prepayments, and intercompany reconciliations
- Leading on VAT returns, cash management, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset reporting
- Supporting budget and forecast cycles, audits, and statutory reporting
- Contributing to ad hoc projects and improvements in reporting systems
About You
- ACCA/CIMA qualified, part-qualified or QBE
- Experience with multi-currency accounting and financial systems (NetSuite/Cognos a plus)
- Excellent Excel and general IT skills
- Confident communicator who can build strong relationships across a business
- Proactive, organised, and solution-focused
