In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centres (Delivery Centres), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centres offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. As an Oracle Integration Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions for our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with clients to understand their integration requirements and objectives.
  • Designing and implementing Oracle Integration Cloud solutions, including API management, integration flows, and connectivity to various systems.
  • Guiding clients through the implementation lifecycle, from project initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to clients during the configuration and testing phases.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving Oracle Integration Cloud-related issues, ensuring smooth operations for our clients.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest Oracle Integration Cloud features, updates, and best practices.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our integration implementation processes and tools.
