Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority that's on the lookout for a Disabled Facilities Grant / Home Improvement Agency Manager. You will be managing teams made up of: 5 Technical Surveyors A Case Officer team An Occupational Therapy team An Admin teamYour focus will be to review and potentially rewrite the Council's adaptations policy, as well as manage the teams reporting into you (via Team Leaders). You'll report directly to the Director of Housing and work closely with the Social Care team. A Local Authority track record in this area is crucial. You are welcome to work on a hybrid basis!
