Baltimore is working with a London Council who are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Resident Services to lead a diverse portfolio of vital services for our community. About the Director Resident Services role: As Director of Resident Services, you’ll shape and drive the Borough’s customer access strategy—ensuring residents receive consistent, high-performing, and accessible services. You’ll oversee a wide-ranging directorate, from libraries and community hubs to bereavement services and council tax support, touching the lives of every household and business within the Borough. With responsibility for a budget of £10M and oversight of revenue and benefit transactions exceeding £800M annually, this is a senior leadership role where your impact will be significant and visible.
