A Kitchen Manager / Catering Manager is required in West Yorkshire for a busy catering site offering an upmarket day time restaurant serving a classic menu using fresh ingredients.
Experience of running a large volume catering operation at a senior level is essential; those applicants without the necessary experience cannot be considered. The restaurant is open Monday to Friday until 6pm, therefore offers excellent day time hours and no evenings and can cater for up to 400 covers a day.
Unfortunately, this role does not offer sponsorship, and we can only accept applications from candidates with the right to work in the UK.
The Kitchen Manager / Catering Manager is responsible for ensuring that the standard and quality of the food production and the hygiene within the department is always maintained at the highest level. This role is very much hands-on, requiring attention to detail and a positive work attitude.
