Accounts Payable Assistant Client Details An excellent opportunity has arisen with a leading technology company for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team due to continued growth and expansion. This company are going through a growth phase and have recently moved to Luxury offices in Manchester City Centre offering an excellent work environment. Description The Accounts Payable Assistant role is initially a temporary assignment which could be extended and will be Hybrid working- 3 days per week in Manchester City Centre office/2 remote. Reporting to the Finance Manager Key responsibilities will include: Processing Supplier invoices Statement reconciliation Preparing Payment runs Resolving supplier queries Expenses Processing Credit card reconciliations Profile In order to apply for the role you should: Have previous experience in Accounts Payable Be able to consider a temporary role initially Be able to commute 3 days per week to Manchester City Centre Be confident on Excel- to v look up and pivot table level Job Offer Opportunity for role to be extended Hybrid working 3 days in Manchester City Centre/2 remote
