Your Responsibilities: In this role, you\’ll be conducting varied duties across a wide range of properties. Responsibilities would include dilapidations, Surveys, Licences, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Contract Administration, and Party Wall matters. * Conducting site visits * Inspections and condition surveys, delivering insightful reports that showcase your attention to detail. * Write articulate reports that communicate findings effectively. * Demonstrate finesse in diary management, a key element in ensuring operational efficiency. * Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective liaison. Your Skill Set: * Experience working on residential buildings. * A construction-related degree and relevant experience. * Proven experience in the industry, showcasing a depth of knowledge and proficiency. * A full UK driving license and have access to your vehicle. * Top-notch organisational skills, punctuality, and excellent written and verbal communication. * A strong commitment to health and safety standards, aligning with corporate ethos.
