Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 + Bonus Scheme

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for great coffee and top-tier service? We’re on the lookout for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. You'll be the face of our business, delivering on-site support and ensuring our coffee and vending machines keep brewing happiness across the Midlands.
Your Role: As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll:
- Diagnose and repair bean-to-cup coffee and vending machines at client sites
- Provide first-class customer service with a professional and friendly approach
- Travel across Birmingham, Leicestershire & Warwickshire – so living nearby is essential
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Use our handheld system to manage call-outs and parts ordering
- Maintain a clean and positive company image at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years’ experience working with coffee or vending machines.
- Strong background in electrical/electronic/plumbing equipment.
- Previous experience in the water, coffee, vending, or gaming industries is a plus.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Full UK Driving Licence (required).
