THE COMPANY: Our client is a leading law firm, who is seeking a Float Executive Assistant (Mat Cover), who can operate successfully and provide client and business focused support, in the absences of EAs covering all practice areas of the company.

THE ROLE:

  • Act as a professional ambassador for partners, ensuring seamless service in their EAs absence and maintaining strong client relationships internally and externally.
  • Take ownership of handovers, proactively manage appointments, meetings, and inboxes, ensuring partners are prepared and schedules run smoothly.
  • Handle complex billing and compliance matters, coordinate WIP meetings, and oversee financial processes, including tracking unpaid bills.
  • Build effective relationships with partners, liaise with Marketing & Business Development teams, and play a key role in organising events, seminars, and conferences.
  • Arrange travel logistics, attend meetings and take minutes, follow best practices to enhance department performance, and ensure continuity through thorough handovers.
