Renowned for their expertise in luxury sales and lettings, they’re looking to expand their sales team with an experienced and polished Senior Sales Negotiator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and articulate property professional who has built a strong track record in the London residential sales market and is looking to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming enquiries and registering prospective buyers in a professional and engaging manner
- Creating strong relationships with buyers and vendors, offering exceptional service at every stage
- Preparing sales documentation to ensure a smooth transaction process
- Overseeing deals from offer to completion, liaising with solicitors and stakeholders throughout
- Coordinating and conducting property viewings across some of London’s most desirable postcodes
- Delivering timely and insightful feedback to vendors
- Handling negotiations and securing offers with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for all parties
Key Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sales Negotiator
- Experience working with HNWI preferred but not essential
- Comfortable using property software and confident with IT systems
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Well-spoken, confident, and immaculately presented
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
