We are seeking a Family Office and Property Assistant for a HNW Family Office in North London.

Based 5 days a week from the office, with hours from 8.30 am to 6 pm, working alongside circa 10 other staff, key duties for this Property and Family Office Assistant role will include:

  • Property and project management
  • Overseeing maintenance, renovation and contractors
  • Ensuring the smooth running of sites
  • Ad hoc errands as required

The ideal candidate for this Property & Family Office Assistant role will be a good team player with excellent attention to detail, a hands-on, flexible and adaptable approach, and resilience.

You must have previous property management and renovation experience for this Property & Family Office Assistant role, be willing to travel to a country property (in Hampshire) when required – a driving licence is required, and be comfortable working around cats.
