For Companies We are currently looking for an experienced chef to work as a Night Chef in a luxury 5-star hotel setting. As Night Chef you will work between the hours of 9pm-7am serving guests in the hotel.

The Person:
- Previous experience in a 4- or 5-star environment at Chef De Partie Level
- High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation
- Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen
- Have a passion for fresh food and good attention to detail
- Be driven and willing to mentor junior chefs
- Have the confidence to create and be innovative
- Leadership skills
- Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
