The Role As a Graphic Design , you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and marketing strategies to inspire and attract new customers. You will support the Graphics Design Team from conceptualisation to execution, crafting visually stunning graphics including logos, layouts, social media visuals, and branded PDF documents. As a Graphic Designer you will have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design and convey marketing messages visually. If you can communicate well and work as part of a team, we’d like to meet you. As a Graphics Designer at Vuba, you will: Collaborate as a member of the Marketing Team to maintain the company’s creative image. Work with all departments within the company. Create a consistent image across all platforms. Innovate and contribute new ideas during team meetings. Ensure the completion of tasks from start to finish. Craft drafts, models & prototypes across multiple platforms, showcasing high attention to detail, design, typography, and layout skills. Collaborate with other teams and use feedback to develop final drafts. Revise the work of previous designers, making sure that designs meet guidelines and are consistent across formats. Work on multiple projects at once whilst consistently adhering to tight deadlines. Other duties as requested. We’re looking for somebody who is: Proven graphic designing experience. A strong portfolio of design work demonstrating creativity and proficiency in various design areas. Strong proficiency in graphic design software and tools (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) it would be advantageous to have experience in (Premier Pro or After Effects, and Figma is a Plus). A keen eye for aesthetics and details Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines. Capability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Relevant qualifications in graphic design or a related field is a plus. Based in Beverley the working hours are 8am – 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7am – 3pm Fridays but you will be required to work one Saturday each month as part of your hours.
