We are looking for an entry-level individual to join our State Street Global Markets 8 week internship program. This internship is a full-time career opportunity that is key to our commitment to develop diverse and junior talent and is designed to provide strategic and comprehensive training across GlobalLink, our electronic trading business. This dynamic 8 week internship will directly work with and support the GlobalLink EMEA Chief Operating Officer and GlobalLink Regulatory and Governance manager as well as various teams throughout the GlobalLink business.
The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Markets (SSGM). When owners and managers of institutional assets need research, trading, securities lending and innovative portfolio strategies, they turn to SSGM business unit. As our investment research and trading arm, SSGM's number one goal is to enhance and preserve our clients' portfolio values by applying technology, optimizing trading, and linking asset classes and markets across the world.

As part of the 8 week internship with GlobalLink, you will be responsible for:
- Providing day-to-day support to the GlobalLink EMEA COO and GlobalLink Regulatory and Governance Manager
- Producing meeting minutes for GlobalLink EMEA meetings
- Support in the planning, research and coordination of ad-hoc projects within GlobalLink EMEA COO team, Sales, Liquidity Management and Trade Operations teams.
- Support the on-going regulatory compliance of FX Connect MTF via procedure reviews.
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and tactical analysis as needed.
- Perform other duties and collaborate with various teams within GlobalLink as necessary.
