What you will do as a F&B Manager - Restaurants:

  • Reporting to the Director of F&B you will oversee 2 restaurants, 1 restaurant/bar, 1 pub, afternoon tea lounge and room service operations.
  • To ensure that all colleagues deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
  • To maximise colleague productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests, bearing in mind a healthy work-life balance.
  • To ensure that each venue is operated in line with maximising profit while delivering on the brand promise.
  • To strategically analyze business performance to facilitate accurate and meaningful monthly forecasting, involving the respective Heads of Department as appropriate.
  • To constantly evaluate local, national and international market trends, vendors and other hotel/restaurant operations to make sure that the hotels own operations remain competitive and cutting edge.
  • To drive marketing opportunities, be it social, digital or PR and ensure these opportunities are maximised by actively working together with the Marketing Department of the hotel and/or designated creative or PR agency.
  • To lead, develop and support a successful team through feedback, training and care.
  • To recruit and build an engaged team with the support of HR.
