Part-time contract (20 hours). This is a unique and really interesting position for an innovative and proactive person, to make an impact in a start-up environment.
Role Overview:
- Act as the Qualified Technical Person (QTP) for MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) purposes - overseeing all technical aspects of certification.
- Design residential and commercial battery systems.
- Conduct surveys (remote and on-site).
- Lead and manage G98/G99 applications and approvals.
Essential Skills:
- Experience as a certified Electrician / Engineer working under MCS.
- Strong technical competence in battery storage and/or solar PV, in line with MCS standards.
- Proactive mindset.
- Fluency with digital tools and a dislike for paper-based processes.
- Access to a vehicle for site visits (when required).
