The Role
We are looking for an experienced Hard Landscaper / Paver, ideally with 360 machine operation skills, to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys seeing quality work through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Laying all types of paving, including sandstone and porcelain
- General landscaping tasks (fencing, brickwork, stonework)
- Operating 360 machines (preferred)
- Reading and working from site drawings
- Setting site levels
- Delivering high-quality finishes with attention to detail
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in hard landscaping
- Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
- A team player with a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
- CSCS, ROLO, First Aid, or Manual Handling qualifications are a bonus - but we can provide training if needed
Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm (with 30-minute lunch and 15-minute morning break)
- 9.25-hour day, 5 days per week (can be adjusted to suit the right person)
- Pay: £650 - £850 per week, depending on experience and skillset
- Full-time, permanent position
