About the Team:

The tax department of this leading global media company oversees tax reporting, compliance, and advisory services across all regions. An experienced indirect tax specialist is now being recruited to cover a parental leave position, providing leadership and expertise during this period.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading all aspects of indirect tax and reporting to the VP, Tax (UK)
  • Coordinating and reviewing material UK VAT returns, including for a large UK VAT group
  • Supporting the Shared Service Centre VAT compliance team on technical advisory and controversy matters across the UK and internationally
  • Providing technical VAT input for ongoing international finance transformation projects (ERP and tax engine implementation)
