An award-winning, regionally recognised law firm is currently seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join their dynamic legal team based in Altrincham. Known for their client-focused approach and commitment to professional excellence, the firm advises a broad range of businesses from growing enterprises to established corporates. You will work closely with a senior Partner in the Corporate team, providing essential support on a variety of transactional matters. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys taking ownership of tasks while contributing to the wider success of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:- Drafting legal documentation including board minutes, written resolutions, and ancillary documents relating to M&A, restructuring, and shareholder arrangements
- Managing Companies House filings and company formations
- Conducting company searches and supporting due diligence processes
- Preparing due diligence reports and summarising key contractual provisions
- Managing virtual data rooms for transactions
- Liaising directly with clients and assisting with day-to-day case management
- Supporting billing and compliance processes
- Assisting with file opening/closing and contributing to content creation (e.g., blogs)
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Paralegal within a Corporate or Commercial team
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and confident problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a proactive and professional approach
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
