Are you a confident, proactive leader with a strong background in customer service and complaints handling? We are looking for a friendly and capable Customer Service Manager to lead both the customer service and sales administration teams. You will be hands on supporting the sales administration function while overseeing team performance and development. A key part of the role is dealing with customer complaints and investigations, so attention to detail and a calm approach are a must.
Job Duties:
- Managing the sales inbox and ensuring that all orders are processed in a timely manner
- Managing a team of 4 and providing 1 to 1 support
- Investigating customer complaints
- Ensure that all orders have the appropriate paperwork
- Liaising with Design team regarding special orders
- Continue developing sales standards and implement needed training
- Tracking enquiry levels and producing reports
- Provide KPIs (key performance data)
- Promoting a positive health and safety culture throughout the business
- Leading and managing the team
- Assist with recruitment and selection throughout the department
- Completing inductions and onboarding
- Completing appraisals and general staff support
