We’re supporting a highly regarded wealth management firm in Manchester looking to add a Trainee Client Administrator to their team.

This is a great chance to deliver top-tier client support in a collaborative team, with hybrid working and company bonuses included.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support advisers with technical admin, meeting prep & follow-up
  • Manage client files and process applications accurately
  • Liaise with clients, product providers & third parties
  • Use Salesforce CRM to update records and generate reports
  • Produce templated letters and correspondence
What We’re Looking For
  • Some office experience preferred (training provided)
  • Familiarity with client systems like Salesforce (bonus)
  • Confident communicator with great attention to detail
