We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Executive to join our team in London. If you have a proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns and love digging into data to drive results, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to refine campaigns.
- Write engaging ad copy and collaborate with the design team on creatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
- Prepare detailed reports on KPIs such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS, highlighting key insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend new strategies to keep campaigns competitive.
- Support and mentor junior team members.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns—agency or in-house.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
- Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are a plus.
